Reclining Navajo Woman

Beginning in the late 1960's and culminating 25 years later, Houser gave increasingly modern interpretations to the reclining female form. This 1992 bronze realizes his respect and admiration for the European modernists such as Arp, Brancusi, Lipschitz, and Henry Moore.
